Father Peter Edwards has been our Parish Priest since 1998, and is a Foundation Governer of our 2 Catholic schools. He is a Trustee and Director of the Catholic Truth Society (CTS) and Chairman of its Editorial Board. Fr Peter is also Director of the Permanent Diaconate in our Diocese, and Chairman / Director of the Seminary Formation Programme of Permanent Deacons for 9 dioceses of Southern England and Wales.
Father Jonathon Routh. In June 2011 I completed five blessed years at St John's Seminary, Wonersh, before returning to the parish of my youth in Folkestone, Kent, to be Ordained Priest on the 9th July. It’s been a long and rocky road to get here. I first heard the call when I was a boy but did not ‘put down my nets’ and follow the Lord until much later. Sometimes I wonder how on earth I got here, but one thing I’ve come to realise is that earth has less to do with it than the guiding hand of Almighty God. It’s only by handing over to Him that this could ever be.
John-Simon Lawson is married to Elizabeth. He was brought up as a Catholic in the parish of St Antony's Church Forest Gate, in the Diocese of Brentwood. On leaving school he studied Chemistry. After discernment in the parish and formation (a four year process) he was ordained Deacon on 12th June 2009 by Bishop Paul (Auxiliary Bishop in Southwark). He remains in full time employment, and as a deacon his role is to assist the full time clergy, lay ministers, and the people of the parish.

During this time I have been privileged to be involved with the establishment of the Cell Groups, with the organisation of a Parish Mission, with pre-Baptism and Alpha courses, and more recently, with the music for the Christmas and Easter liturgies. The day job is with St Anthony's Hospital at Cheam.
